LIMITED SERVICES UNTIL MAY 5TH

Due to Governor Inslee's order last night, we at Just-In-Time Electrical have decided it's our time to step up and do what we can to help stop the spread of the coronavirus. Although we are viewed as an essential business and are currently not State-mandated to limit our activities, we feel that we would not be taking this seriously if we did not limit our activities during these uncertain times to do what's best for the health of our employees and of our community.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

-Our office will continue to stay open with someone here to answer all calls and questions you may have, Monday - Friday between 7:30am - 4pm.
-We will try to walk you through your electrical issues over the phone first. If we consider your issue to be one that puts you, your family, or your home in danger, will send a Technician out to fix it. Our rates for this service can be found under the pricing tab on our website.
-All jobs considered "non-essential" will be put on hold until May 5th.

ESTIMATES

We are currently setting up virtual estimate appointments through Skype, Zoom and Facetime. We recognize that you may currently have some time on your hands and may want to get pricing on your future electrical project. If we feel like we can perform a thorough virtual estimate to get all the information we would normally collect during an in-person estimate, then we will be able to provide you with a written proposal.

If we do not feel like we'd be able to obtain all the information needed to provide you with an accurate estimate, an in-person estimate appointment would be required. If that's the case, we will take your name and information down on a list and you will be contacted starting May 5th in the order that the requests were received, and we will begin scheduling in-person estimates again.

To book these appointments simply click on the "book a free estimate tab"

As always, our estimates will be free for homeowners.

SCHEDULING

Provided that the situation improves, and we can safely start jobs on May 5th, all jobs that were approved during our hold period will be scheduled in the order that they were received. Please keep in mind that we now have multiple crews and we will be able to get everyone's project completed quickly and efficiently.

The date of May 5th to begin business as usual once again is subject to change. We hope it'll be sooner than that and we will update you if anything changes.

We hope this message finds you and your family in good health. This was a difficult decision to make but the health and safety of our customers and our employees is what's most important to us.

We look forward to working with you on your next electrical project once life gets back to normal.

Sincerely,

Justin McChesney
