Our History

Established in 2010

We were founded in 2010, back when most electricians were going out of business. Times were tough then, and you had to be exceptional to make it. For the last nine years, we have built a strong name in our community and generated five star reviews across the web.

We pride ourselves on providing professional customer service, clear communication with the homeowner, and offering quality service for a fair price.

Our motto is "be on time," "be done in time" and "take the time", which allows us to provide "perfection every time". Call today to experience the difference!

(OWNER/MASTER ELECTRICIAN) Justin McChesney

ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATION # : MCCHEJZ931R7

Justin McChesney is the owner and operating president of Just In Time Electrical. A local, born and raised in Vancouver, he went to Pioneer Elementary Frontier Junior High and Heritage High School. Justin went into the electrician trade right after high school, and built up his portfolio as a hard-working young man.

He quickly found he had a knack for the trade, and acquired his Master Electrician’s License in just five years. Back in 2008-2009, when work was scarce, Justin was laid off and put on unemployment. He got tired of waiting for someone else to provide work and saw there was a great need in Vancouver for honest, hard-working, and trustworthy service backed by respect for the homeowner and good communication.

He decided to start Just In Time electrical, and hasn't looked back since.

What do you love about working at Just-In-Time Electrical?
The company culture. You can tell that everyone wants to be here and wants to do a good job for each other and our customers. We really do try to put the customer first, which is a refreshing change from where I've previously worked in the past where the bottom line is all that matters. Justin however leads this company with respect; not an iron fist.

How has working at Just-In-Time Electrical Made You a better dispatcher?
Just-In-Time Electrical is a company that is open to trying new and different things to improve as a company and deliver a better customer experience. I'm able to make decisions on my own without the fear of being berated. It's okay to make mistakes as long as you own up to them. (I'm in the office so mistakes are not life or death like they could possibly be with the guys in the field.)

What's your favorite project that you've worked on at Just-In-Time Electrical?
Our email marketing project. We're working on keeping in touch with our current customers. They can expect to hear from us at least monthly and we'll be sharing company news, safety tips, discounts and other electrical topics.
